1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Robirb Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of the Bot

Robirb provides a virtual currency system ("birbseed") for entertainment purposes only. Users can earn, spend, and gamble birbseed within the Bot. All features are digital and have no real-world value.

The moderation aspect only saves data related to the command in question (e.g. verification role ID, or data surrounding a warning such as reason and user ID).

Use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used. By using the Bot, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, UK GDPR, and the UK Online Safety Act 2023.

4. Virtual Currency

All currency and items within the Bot are entirely virtual and hold no real-world monetary value. Birbseed cannot be purchased with real-world currency and cannot be exchanged, traded, sold, or cashed out for real-world currency, goods, or services under any circumstances.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to exploit or abuse bugs, security issues, or game mechanics.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Bot or its services.

6. Changes to Features

We reserve the right to add, remove, or change features at any time without notice. This includes modifying the economy, resetting balances, or discontinuing the Bot.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated Effective Date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the Bot. Upon termination or discontinuation of the Bot, any remaining birbseed balance or in-bot items are forfeited without compensation, in line with Section 4.

9. Relationship to Discord 

The Bot is a third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Your use of the Bot remains subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

10. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available". Robirb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Bot's reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robirb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot. Robirb's total liability arising from these Terms or use of the Bot shall not exceed £0, as the Bot is provided free of charge.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
